Critical: Data Storage Policy
Ruprekha Android App (https://ruprekha.innersquare.agency) does not store your data on the cloud. All biodatas are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear your app data, your saved biodatas will be permanently lost and storage is not our responsibility.
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ruprekha Android App (https://ruprekha.innersquare.agency) , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of Service
Ruprekha Android App (https://ruprekha.innersquare.agency) is a document creation tool. We provide templates and formatting tools to help users create marriage biodatas and invitation cards.
- We are NOT a matrimony service or matchmaking agency.
- We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of the biodata content.
- We do not facilitate introductions or meetings between individuals.
3. User Content & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content (photos, text, contact details) you enter into the app.
- You agree not to use the app to generate fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
- You retain full ownership of the personal data you enter.
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
4. Intellectual Property

5. AI-Generated Assets & Disclaimer
Certain visual elements within the app, specifically background patterns or decorative template designs, may be generated using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Google Gemini).
- Artifacts & Watermarks: You acknowledge that some templates may display visible AI watermarks (such as the Gemini logo) or minor digital artifacts inherent to the generation process. These are not defects but characteristics of the tool used.
- Usage Compliance: These assets are generated and used in strict accordance with the respective AI tool's commercial usage policies and terms of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ruprekha Android App (https://ruprekha.innersquare.agency) , nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data (due to app uninstallation), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
